Nine-Year-Old Creates iPhone Game as PopCap Grants a Wish

to the games development scene, is the lead designer for this science-fiction RTS. In Allied Star Police players assume the role of a base commander, deploying “automated battle machines” and “targeted ballistic ordnance” to repel the invasion of alien Flamions. PopCap, maker of hit series like Bejeweled, Plants vs. Zombies, and l86 Peggle, acquired Weinert’s services through a partnership with Make-a-Wish. Proceeds from the sale
